This isn’t just a milestone for us as a team; it’s also great news for our customers. Being validated as an AWS MSP means Rebura meets the highest AWS standards for delivering managed services, from planning and migration through to 24/7 operations, automation, optimisation, and ongoing management.

How We Achieved It
The MSP Competency is known for its strict validation process. AWS and independent security experts assessed not only the tools we use but also the way we operate - including governance, automation, observability, incident management, and security. The process covers areas such as continuous event monitoring, triaging, AWS service configuration best practices, and 24x7 incident response.
Our preparation took months, during which we strengthened every part of our managed service offering. Finally, we underwent a third-party audit where we demonstrated how we consistently deliver value to customers.
