Rebura achieved a Trust Index™ score of 85%, with employee engagement and wellbeing both scoring 86%.
Nine in ten people said Rebura is a great place to work, and 92% said they are proud to tell others they work here. A further 90% feel they make a difference, while 88% would recommend Rebura to friends and family as a great place to work.
Trust, fairness and wellbeing were particular strengths. 98% said they are trusted to do a good job without someone looking over their shoulder, 96% said they are encouraged to balance work and personal life, and 94% said they can be themselves at work.
