The Challenge

Connected Data empowers companies to make smarter, data-driven decisions using external data sources. When looking for a partner, Connected Data had a key requirement. They needed a company with deep experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as an AWS Premier Service Partner, we  were confident we could help.

Connected Data recognised that its client onboarding process could be more efficient. The existing approach required hands-on support from developers, which limited scalability and added unnecessary complexity. 

By addressing these challenges, Connected Data created an opportunity to streamline onboarding, reduce costs and free up developers time.

The Solution

Powering Growth with AWS 

We collaborated closely with Connected Data to design and deploy a new onboarding platform built entirely within their own AWS environment - giving them full ownership, control, and scalability from day one.

As Antony Dear, Director of Platform and Delivery, explained, “What was key for us was that everything was built and delivered in our environment… The Rebura team rolled into that really effectively. You don’t always get that with external delivery teams.”

This wasn’t just a two-way partnership. Rebura connected all three parties - Connected Data, AWS, and our own AWS specialists - to unlock access to AWS funding, technical resources, and best practices that supercharged delivery.

New clients are onboarded through simple configurations-minimal developer input needed.

 

Each client has a dedicated AWS account, managed centrally for security, compliance, and data governance.

 

The platform is ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus ready, with AWS-native services ensuring continued compliance and audit readiness.

 

 

AWS funding, secured by Rebura, significantly reduced upfront costs by 27% and accelerated deployment.
